David Little

Growing up in rural Clark County MO, I spent most of my childhood hunting and fishing. Upon high school graduation, I accepted a position with a natural gas utility that led me to an opportunity to live and work in Eastern Iowa. After my move, my passion for pursuing mature whitetail deer only escalated. I am so fortunate now to be able to make memories and share my love for the outdoors with my young son, Wyatt. Throughout the year, countless hours are spent with family and friends molding farms into proven producers. My passion for helping landowners and recreational investors coupled with my farm management business, led me into the real estate arena. Over the last four years, I have successfully completed multiple buyer and seller representation transactions with some outstanding clients who have become lifelong friends. Providing the highest level of brokerage services and creative real estate solutions is my number one goal for clients. Give me a call at (660) 341-4156 if you’re interested in selling, looking at a property, or to discuss any questions you have about the industry.
