Julie is an Arkansas native, who grew up in Omaha, Nebraska after her father was transferred by Union Pacific Railroad. Her mother was a successful Realtor for many years so she gained invaluable experience watching her mother build and maintain a successful career. After receiving her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Julie worked in corporate Human Resources for Fortune 500 companies until returning back home to Arkansas in 2014.
While real estate seems second nature to Julie, she also helps run their family’s property management business. Her husband Chris is a licensed contractor and builder in the ICO Community. She enjoys collaborating with him on his construction projects, particularly in the design phases.
When she’s not working, Julie loves spending time with her family including their children: Claire, Caroline, Savvy and baby Graham. Julie enjoys volunteering, coaching and attending softball games and being active with her church.
Buying a new home and/or selling an existing home can be challenging and daunting. Julie can relate to her clients with first-hand expertise as a buyer, seller or builder/investor and she has experience with out-of-state relocation.
Whether you are a new buyer, seasoned investor or just curious about the value of your existing property, Julie’s background has equipped her to provide guidance and minimize risk in a competitive market. Julie enjoys building relationships with the community and strives to take the stress out of real estate transactions and help create a fun and exciting experience for her clients.
