An avid hunter, he has pursued game in 13 states and 2 provinces, giving him firsthand knowledge of recreational land, habitat management, and what makes a property truly special for outdoor enthusiasts.
Carl currently resides in Olivet, Michigan with his wife Jessica, their daughter Jordyn, and their five dogs—three Labrador Retrievers and two Beagles. They live in a barndominium overlooking their own hunting property, fully embracing the lifestyle he helps clients buy and sell.
In addition to his passion for land and rural properties, Carl is an experienced real estate investor specializing in self-storage facilities. He has owned and operated 10 self-storage properties across five states, providing him with valuable insight into income-producing real estate, valuation, and long-term investment strategies.
