Cindy was raised in Southern Indiana and made the move to Franklin, TN 32 years ago. Once here, she decided to give real estate a ‘try’ and see how it worked out. That was three decades ago. For 34 years she has been helping clients buy and sell in the Leipers Fork area. Never looking back and only moving forward, she obtained her real estate Brokers license and opened the doors to United Country Real Estate Leipers Fork in 2000. Since that time, she has developed a deep understanding of the local market here in Middle TN. She knows this area well. From the top of the hills to the hollows and creeks. She probably has the answer when people have questions about farms or land. She can often be seen driving around Leipers Fork in her Can-Am to show clients around a property. There is no looking from the gate or front porch. Cindy will personally drive you around the property to give you the full experience of finding and owning the perfect piece of land.

Cindy is married to Eddie Wilson, and together they are building their own piece of paradise. Located along the South Harpeth River is their small farm complete with a pick-your-own blueberry farm, a German shepherd, a miniature Australian Shepherd, 3 miniature donkeys, and 1 cat. She has found her forever farm and loves to help her clients achieve those same dreams.
