A graduate of Northwest Missouri State University with a Bachelors in Agricultural Business with a minor in Economic Development, Dan has nearly two decades of experience in Real Estate. Being licensed in multiple states has allowed Dan to sell Real Estate in Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Illinois throughout his career. A licensed Real Estate Broker for over 15 years Dan currently owns and manages the United Country Property Solutions office in St Joseph MO. A professional auctioneer for over 18 years, Dan has conducted Real Estate consignment, estate and machinery auctions. Dan graduated from Continental Auction School in Mankato, MN and was voted “Most Professional Auctioneer” by his peers.
