Corky Heard, CAI, AARE, CES PRI, UCMA, is the owner of United Country Heard Auction & Real Estate. Corky is the broker and auctioneer for the firm. He has been in the Real Estate business for over 29 years and in the auction industry for over 20 years; during this time he has conducted numerous real estate and personal property auctions. Corky is a member or the National Auctioneers Association, Oklahoma, Texas, & Kansas Auctioneers Association, Oklahoma Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. He is also a board member for the State of Oklahoma Abstract Board and Oklahoma Auctioneers Association.
Mr. Heard graduated from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 1987 with a B.A. in Business Administration and a minor in Marketing. Mr. Heard is a graduate of the Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) at Indiana University and holds the Accredited Auctioneer Real Estate (AARE) designation and the Certified Estate Specialist (CES) designation and most recently designated as a United Country Master Auctioneer (UCMA). Mr. Heard is also a professional ringman and is a graduate of the Missouri Auction School. He has developed several residential areas, built a multitude of homes, and disposed of numerous residential, commercial properties, farms and ranches.
