Epp Walls is a Owner/REALTOR®, GRI, Apprentice Auctioneer, FAA Certified Drone Pilot, as well as the co-owner of Kentucky Lifestyle Properties along with his wife Broker/Owner Kathleen Walls. Epp and Kathleen own a beautiful horse farm in Monticello Kentucky where they both love living and enjoying the Country Lifestyle along with their many horses as well as very spoiled barn cats! Epp is very much an outdoors person!

Epp grew up in the Smoky Mountains of Western North Carolina where he loved to hunt, fish and hike with his Dad and brothers. Epp still loves to deer hunt, mostly with a camera on their farm in Kentucky as well as going Trout fishing with his wife Kathleen in the beautiful Cumberland River Trophy Trout waters just below Wolf Creek Dam.

Epp had been in the construction business for over 30 years working in Residential as well as Commercial and Industrial. Epp is very familiar with any type of building or structures large or small and the cost of construction as well.

Epp went to school at Somerset Community College for visual communications. Kentucky Auction Academy.  Epp also went to school at Southwestern Community College where he studied to become an Electrical Contractor as well as a Residential and Commercial Building Contractor. Epp has a Electrical Contracting license in North Carolina as well as holding a current Electrical Contracting License in the state of Kentucky.

Epp also is an award winning Christian Singer/Songwriter.

Epp also graduated from the New York Institute of Photography where he now uses his skills and love for photography to give each United Country customer the very best photos and videos to showcase their homes and properties.
