Mike has been a licensed real estate broker since 1972. He has sold all over the state of Texas, primarily in Northwest Texas (Archer, Jack, Parker, Stephens and Young counties).
For 15 years, living in Graham, Texas, he sold real estate exclusively before he added oil and gas land work to his resume. In 1989, he entered the pari-mutuel racing industry as a Steward with the Texas Racing Commission, advancing to the position of Deputy Director of the agency until his retirement in 2003. He then devoted his time to consulting, real estate sales and cattle ranching, where he has been active since that time. In late 2021, he and his wife purchased a franchise from United Country Real Estate, located in Kansas City. UCRE is one of the leading franchise companies in North America. They have an enormous inventory of tools to aide their franchise owners available anywhere in the industry. Their franchises specialize in all segments of the real estate business, agriculture, residential, recreational, commercial and industrial properties. Mike and Donna are especially interested in ranches, hunting properties, equine properties and country homes. They are both experienced with buyers and sellers.
