Growing up on a farm in a rural community I understand the dedication and hard work it takes to maintain a lifestyle of farming & ranching. The importance of everything you do to keep operations working. I also understand the pride farmers & ranchers take in daily operations. I’ve also spent my life enjoying the outdoors. I have been very fortunate to have places to hunt and fish. In today’s world it’s hard to put a real value on being able to enjoy private land and all it has to offer. As an avid hunter and landowner myself, I understand what it takes to maintain hunting land and to preserve it and sustain the wildlife that depends on that land. I am an Auctioneer and have a true love for the auction industry and keeping the auction method of selling real estate alive & well. Usually, I am the one working for the Seller in making sure their largest asset is handled in the best way possible but I do also work with, advise and represent Buyers in auction situations when I am not working for the Seller.

I am a CLASS III Federal Firearms Licensee and also perform Certified Firearms Appraisal work. We also handle larger items such as agricultural equipment and heavy construction equipment. I am a Certified Personal Property Appraiser and perform appraisal work in the United States as well as Canada.
