Back in 1979 Rudyard Omar Richardson decided to become a full-time real estate broker. One of the first things he learned was that “Nobody cares how much you know until they know how much you care.”  Ever since, Omar’s guiding principle and personal motto has been “I know real estate but I care about you.”

A couple of years before, in 1976, Omar finally surrendered control of his life to God and was Born Again as a Spirit-filled Christian.  Since then, his prayer every day has been to honorably pursue both of these vocations.
