Casey Valentine

My name is Casey Valentine, and I was born and raised in LaSalle Parish, LA. My passion has always revolved around hunting and the outdoors and everything they have to offer. Every chance I had, from the time I was old enough to hunt, I would be in the woods chasing deer and squirrels or in a duck blind waiting for a group of mallards to come in.

After graduating high school, I went straight to work in the oilfield. Every time I met someone, the conversation would always revolve around land, hunting, or anything related to the outdoors. I found myself spending hours online helping people find properties or assisting them in managing and making their dream property. All of these experiences led me to the decision to do something I love – selling land and helping people find their dream property.

United Country – Southern States Realty was the perfect fit for me. Everyone is family at United Country – Southern States Realty, and we have the tools and resources to meet our clients’ every need. No one offers more programs and pours more resources into marketing than United Country – Southern States Realty. I feel blessed to work in this industry, and I love every aspect of it. My goal is to help everyone I can find their dream property and help them understand the values and benefits that come with owning land, which you simply don’t get from a paper investment. God isn’t making any more land, so let me earn your business and work with you.

550 Acre Hunting Property w/ Camp Ouachita…

Enterprise, LA
Catahoula Parish
Welcome to River Bend, a 550-acre hunting tract that offers great views, big deer, and a 2 bed 1 bath camp on the Ouachita River. This 550-acre property is very secluded with over two miles of Ouachita River frontage. The owner has confirmed that the property does not flood. River Bend consists of 300 acres of CRP paying the new owner $21,000 over the next twelve years and 200 acres of mature hardwoods that will bring the new owner immediate income once thinned. The previous owners have strictly managed this property with year around feeding, big food plots, and deer stands with easy access. The 200 acres of hardwoods could easily be transitioned into a duck hunter's paradise after a thinning. The camp on the property has not been used, with a little work the new owners could have a nice camp overlooking the Ouachita River. If you are looking for a turnkey hunting property with immediate income and a riverfront camp, give me a call and we can schedule a showing.
