Joe Nawrot Testimonials

We did most of our business via email. I live in Florida and the property that I purchased is in Wisconsin I only met Joe once and that was after the closing but I really liked him and the knowledge he has. I am happy with the way everything went and would highly recommend him.

Robert Markisen, Wisconsin Landowner

Joe did a fabulous job for me on 2 parcels of land. One sold immediately and one was a bit more difficult because of the property type; however he was supportive with me all the way. His advice was great, he never gave up, and I felt like I was working with a true friend. Thank you Joe! I’d recommend his services to anyone dealing in land. It was a very positive experience and we did the whole thing long distance. Kudos to a great professional!

 Deb Loeser, Former Wisconsin Landowner

Joe is a hard worker, cutting access trails and placing trail cameras to really show the potential of our 150 acre property. I was very impressed with them. We had this property listed with someone else for a year and the difference in effort and professionalism when Joe took over was like night and day. I would recommend them to anyone.

The ground has been undisturbed by the landowner for over 3+ years with virtually no hunting pressure. It’s the land that time forgot. The sole purpose of this sale is simply because the owner, who farms, is unable to row crop this wooded section that adjoins their 600+ acre farm. In fact, this particular real estate has been family owned for over 100+ years! The property is broken into what I consider to be three different zones amongst six south facing knobs. The westerly portion of the estate is composed of an incredible apple orchard with hundreds of fruit-bearing trees. You’ll find an overgrown pasture on the eastly side of the property booming with brush, briars and cover. The compelling characteristics of the estate don’t stop there. Multiple natural springs are found along the hillsides with a small creek carving through the middle of the estate. A strategically designed and true custom trophy whitetail Disney World if you will. Please refer to picture #48 for an example. What’s most convincing is the fact that this property is bordered by some of the largest privately-owned tracts in the entire county of Richland. A natural pinch-point on the west line attaches two large woodblocks and offers a dynamic all-day sit opportunity during the rut. This small stretch is littered in scrapes, rubs and heavily beaten trails. The south-end is delighted by a large ridge, which offers premium buck bedding locations. A 1,140ft high bluff tapers down this property and abruptly ends at a small knob that is absolutely filthy thick.  Between the ridge and knob, you’ll find an incredible saddle that offers an addition rut hunting hub during the chase-phase. This topography system is what makes deer hunting this region some of the very best in the country.
