Google 5 Star Review

We listed our vacant property with Matt Schultz in September 2023. He had great advice regarding MFL and timing the listing of our property. When marketing the property, the listing had a very good description of the property and the photos, including drone photos, were exceptional. We had an accepted offer in about 60 days. Matt was always very prompt in answering any questions we had and kept us informed and updated through the whole process. We highly recommend Matt. – RB
