Michelle Dolan-Rushing

Michelle is the Broker and co-owner of M&M Ranch Land Investments United Country Real Estate for Texas and New Mexico.  Michelle is a member of the Realtor’s Land Institute and is an Accredited Land Consultant. She is a mother and aunt to three extraordinary young men and enjoys spending time with her family, working in the great outdoors, ranching and traveling.

Accredited Land Consultants (ALCs) aren’t just land sales professionals, they are the most prestigious, the most experienced, and the highest performing land sales experts in their area. Achieving the ALC designation is not an easy feat. It requires successful completion of a rigorous education program and a proven track record of transaction performance. It also requires a commitment to professional growth. Being an ALC allows one to take advantage of the camaraderie of other ALCs and join the elite ranks of those who have earned the designation.

Having the ALC Designation gives brokers the knowledge they need to close deals and speak confidently with their clients. It also gives clients confidence in their broker as the most qualified expert to help them buy/sell their land.

Michelle has an extensive background in ranching in west Texas.  She grew up day working on Texas cattle ranches and sheep country while breaking horses, breeding and training quarter horses and cutting horses with her dad on many west Texas cattle and sheep ranches.  All of her life, she ranched lease country prior to purchasing her own cattle ranch in 2000.  She learned everything her dad could show her about ranching since early childhood.

Michelle is bilingual, has knowledge of the outdoors and is experienced.  She has a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Biology with a secondary teacher’s certificate.  In addition to ranching and teaching, Michelle had proven success in growing new companies to successful levels as well as forming her own ranching business and then she went to real estate school at the advice of her father in 2009. Michelle started her own brokerage in 2010 and became a Texas broker in 2016. Specializing in west Texas ranches, luxury homes, lakefront properties, and country homes and estates in west Texas, she was a top real estate producer and managed her west Texas real estate business and office as well. She has always loved working and learning from her father, Mike Dolan, and in 2016 she and her father, Mike, purchased a United Country franchise and are now official partners selling Texas cattle ranches, waterfront properties, investment land and luxury ranches as well as New Mexico cattle ranches. Michelle worked to become a broker in Texas as well as a New Mexico farm and ranch broker so that the team could not only sell Texas ranches and homes but they could also sell New Mexico ranches and New Mexico land. They plan to soar to new heights in Real Estate together raising the bar in real estate land, waterfront and home sales for west Texas and New Mexico. They are providing local expertise with Global marketing.

Michelle resides in Mertzon, Texas, where she grew up, with her son Dolan, parents Kathy and Mike, grandfather and two nephews. They enjoy riding horses, kayaking and participating in 4H, scouts and other youth programs as well as raising cattle and horses on their ranch in Irion County. They love making improvements to their own west Texas land with brush control measures and water conservation.

Michelle spends much time supporting youth programs in her community. She is a member of the Irion County Lion’s Club which has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars in scholarships for graduating seniors over the past 20 years by putting on the Irion County Ranch Rodeo. She is also a member of the Texas Cattle Raiser’s Association.  With a strong work ethic and reputation for integrity she has proven success in every business she has been involved with.   She was recruited several times to repeat success for several companies. As a result she was able to make a lifelong dream come true for herself and purchased a section of land in Irion county to be able to ranch and raise cattle on her own west Texas ranch.She has been a leader in several events in addition to volunteering as 4H Range Management coach for Irion County.
