Nate Ammons

Nate is a native of Southern Iowa and grew up in rural Monroe County, just outside of Albia, IA. His love for the outdoors & small farm community was key in his decision to stay is his hometown & join the family business.  Nate has been a licensed Realtor® since 2010 & was involved with United Country-Hawkeye Farm Mgmt & Real Estate several years prior. He specializes in traditional listing and auction of recreational, hunting & ag properties.  Nate spends a majority of his time evaluating properties, analyzing land values & market trends, establishing direct marketing options for clients, dealing direct with buyers and sellers & bridging the gap between the two.  Whether working through a closing transaction – start to finish, or putting together an extensive marketing program for a new property; Nate and his team at United Country-Hawkeye Farm Mgmt & Real Estate have the tools to go to work for you.
