Norman Cozort

Norman Cozort is not just your average real estate agent; he’s a dedicated professional with a lifelong commitment to serving his community and helping families find their dream property. Born and raised in the charming town of Salem, Arkansas, Norman’s roots run deep in the Ozarks.

Married to his high school sweetheart, Gayle, since 1958, Norman’s family is the cornerstone of his life. Together, they have raised three children, who have given them the joy of five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Family values are at the heart of everything Norman does, and his love and support for his loved ones extend to his clients as well.

Norman’s passion for travel has taken him far and wide, but his heart belongs to the Missouri and Arkansas Ozarks.

A true advocate for his community, Norman is deeply involved in supporting local businesses and actively participates in various initiatives to support Thayer and its surrounding areas. His dedication to local schools reflects his belief in the importance of education and community development.

Norman’s journey in real estate began in 1961 when he joined forces with John Moody Jr. at United Farm Agency in Salem, AR. His passion for helping people find their perfect piece of property quickly became evident, leading him to pursue his dream of owning his own office. With determination and drive, Norman established his presence in the industry and moved his office to Thayer in 1965, where he has been a trusted agent and broker ever since.

Whether it’s assisting clients in finding their ideal home, farm, or land, or facilitating smooth transactions for buying and selling real estate, Norman approaches every opportunity with integrity, professionalism, and a personal touch.
