Perched high atop one of the tallest ridges in western Wisconsin, Oak Ridge Trophy Whitetail Estate stands among the Midwest’s most elite hunting and recreational properties. Set in the rolling bluffs of Trempealeau County, this 252± acre legacy estate blends world-class whitetail habitat, income-producing conservation practices, and luxury lodging into one extraordinary turnkey offering. Nearly 180 acres of mature hardwood timber flow seamlessly into cedar bedding cover and 48 acres of newly established CRP pollinator habitat, creating a rich and diverse landscape designed for long-term sustainability. The land’s balance of food, water, and cover is unmatched: 15± acres of rotating food plots—clover, chicory, soybeans, corn, and brassicas—pair with four earth ponds and three clay-lined waterholes to provide consistent nutrition and dependable water sources throughout the year. This carefully engineered ecosystem naturally attracts and holds trophy-caliber whitetails, turkey, and abundant wildlife season after season. At the heart of the estate stands a brand-new 4,000 sq ft luxury barndominium, blending rustic character with high-end finishes. Custom birch cabinetry, quartz countertops, hardwood floors, and a natural-stone wood-burning fireplace define the open-concept interior beneath soaring 16-ft ceilings. Two bedrooms and a full bath offer comfort after long days afield, while the heated attached shop, large covered porch, and professionally landscaped firepit area extend the living space outdoors. Panoramic sunrise & sunset views sweep across the ridge, creating a setting as peaceful as it is breathtaking. For serious hunters, this is a fully developed, turnkey operation. Five new Titan Pro Combo Blinds—each equipped with heaters and comfortable seating—anchor key ridge points, funnels, and travel corridors. Over twenty ladder and hang-on stands are trimmed, cleared, and outfitted with safety lines, each positioned with prevailing winds and stealthy access in mind. With top access from the east and hidden northern trails, strategic movement across the property is effortless. Trail-cam history and harvest records confirm consistent production of mature, record-class bucks year after year. Free from MFL enrollment and located in a strong QDM neighborhood, the property offers full autonomy over timber management and habitat decisions. Its location—within reach of Winona MN, Eau Claire, and La Crosse—provides the ideal blend of privacy, accessibility, and rural luxury. Oak Ridge is more than a hunting property; it is a legacy destination built with intention, stewardship, and passion for the land. From crisp morning hunts to evenings around the fire, this estate delivers a lifestyle rooted in wild beauty, restorative quiet, and generations of outdoor tradition.
