Meet Charity Bledsoe
Born in West Plains, Missouri, and raised in Dora, Charity Bledsoe has always called the Ozarks home. Surrounded by its rolling hills, winding rivers, and close-knit communities, she developed a deep appreciation for the area’s natural beauty and the people who make it special. Now engaged to her fiancé, Joshua Nolan, and proud mom to two kids, Kaylin and Gage, Charity enjoys spending her free time floating the rivers, fishing, and riding four-wheelers—embracing everything that makes life in the Ozarks so unique.
Her love for real estate began close to home. Her nephew, a real estate broker, and her fiancé, who started working alongside him, introduced Charity to the world of property sales and management. Seeing firsthand the dedication and excitement behind helping families find their dream homes inspired her to pursue a career of her own. Through that experience, she gained valuable insight into the ins and outs of the business—from the first showing to the final closing—and discovered how much she loved being part of that journey.
Charity has always had a passion for homes, especially designing and remodeling them. She finds it fascinating how every property tells its own story through its layout, architecture, and character. That same curiosity drives her approach with clients—understanding what makes each buyer’s dream property unique and working diligently to help them find it.
