Meet Joshua Nolan
Born in Long Beach, California, and raised all over the United States, Joshua Nolan knows firsthand what it means to move—more than sixty times before adulthood. That experience shaped his deep appreciation for what a true “home” means and fuels his passion for helping others find one of their own. Now engaged to his fiancée, Charity Bledsoe, Joshua has built a life rooted in his family and the welcoming community of the Ozarks.
Joshua’s journey into real estate began in January 2024 when his fiancée and family encouraged him to give it a try, confident he would excel—and they were right. From day one, Joshua’s natural ability to communicate, listen, and connect with people has set him apart. He takes pride in matching each buyer with the right property, focusing on their goals and what “home” truly looks like to them.
Outside of real estate, Joshua enjoys cooking, watching sports, fishing, and flipping houses. He loves the process of transforming a property—seeing potential where others might not and bringing it to life. That same creative energy drives his approach with clients, helping them see not only what a home is, but what it could be.
For Joshua, real estate is more than sales—it’s personal. Having moved so often as a child, he finds joy in helping others experience the stability and excitement of owning a home they can make their own.
