Dylan Heitz

Dylan Heitz, born and raised in small town U.S.A., Bethany, Missouri. Dylan was raised up on a dairy farm just outside Bethany. He was taught from a very young age the importance of hard work and determination. Those principals have helped him achieve many goals in the athletic world, both in high school and college. Dylan attended South Harrison High School and played football and basketball. All-State honors were received in both sports from his sophomore year on.

Following High school, he went to Barton County College to pursue his dreams of playing baseball at a professional level. Dylan was preseason KJCCC All-American. He had a tremendous Fall season batting over .470. Unfortuantely, an arm injury ended his season and had him packing for College of the Ozarks to focus on education.

At College of the Ozarks, Dylan continued to play baseball but with different goals in mind. He recieved Freshman of the year award, and was a (3) time Unanimous All-Conference player. He also won a Golden Glove Award his Junior year.

Dylan met his wife, Malory Heitz, an education major at College of the Ozarks in the Fall of 2015. They were friends for over two years before they starting dating in the Winter of 2017. They married in December of 2018. In the Spring of 2019 Dylan and Malory both graduated from College of the Ozarks. Dylan graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree.

Post college he worked as a property manager for the Branson View Campground and Branson View Zipline in Branson, Missouri. After 2 years of great experience he decided to start his career in Real Estate with United Country under Tony Nelson. He is young, driven, hard working, and community minded!
